This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you visit our website (https://uniquesigns.com), submit project specifications or quote requests, communicate with our fabrication and customer care teams via phone, email, or Short Message Service (SMS), and utilize our digital services.

We collect information to accurately engineer, permit, fabricate, and install commercial signage projects. This includes:
- Direct Contact Information: Full name, business or corporate entity name, job title, email address, telephone number, mobile phone number, physical site/installation address, and billing address.
- Sign Project & Fabrication Specifications: Architectural blueprints, vector vector artwork, vector logo files, electrical site photos, exterior facade dimensions, permitting zoning data, and custom signage design preferences.
- Client Portal / Cabinet Account Data: Authentication records, magic link tokens, project status inquiry records, and design revision communications.
- Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, approximate geographic location, referral URLs, UTM marketing attribution parameters, and user interaction timestamps.
- Communications Records: Customer service email correspondence, telephone call logs, and SMS transmission logs including opt-in timestamps and consent records.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use the personal information collected strictly for legitimate business and fabrication operations:
Generating custom dimensional sign estimates, structural engineering load analyses, and material cut lists.
Dispatching fabrication updates, scheduling site surveys, obtaining municipal permits, and coordinating boom crane installations.

5. Communications & SMS Privacy Policy Addendum
This Addendum governs telecommunications, Short Message Service (SMS), and Multimedia Message Service (MMS) communications transmitted by or on behalf of Unique Signs via RingCentral and our telecommunication partners, in accordance with CTIA guidelines, carrier requirements, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or technical fulfillment, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS Program Terms & Conditions
When you opt in to receive SMS from Unique Signs (such as through our website quote request forms or by initiating SMS dialogue with our shop), we send conversational and transactional project messages. These include: immediate quote confirmations, estimation inquiries, design mock-up approvals, permit status alerts, fabrication milestone updates, delivery notifications, and installation scheduling coordination.
Consent is obtained through our online quote request forms via an explicit, un-checked opt-in checkbox, direct written consent, or when you explicitly request text message updates from our sales or engineering representatives. Consent is voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing any signs, fabrication services, or goods from Unique Signs.
You may revoke consent and cancel SMS communications at any time. To opt out, reply “STOP” to any text message received from Unique Signs, or text “STOP” to our primary phone line at (702) 795-7446. Upon receipt of your “STOP” request, we will send you a single confirmation SMS confirming your unsubscription. After this, you will receive no further text messages from us unless you choose to opt back in.

Message frequency varies depending on your active quote requests and the lifecycle stage of your signage fabrication project. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier for any text messages sent to or received from Unique Signs. Check with your mobile service provider for pricing plan details.
Mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, Sprint, and independent regional carriers) are not liable for delayed, misrouted, or undelivered messages.
7. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your personal data and architectural intellectual property against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. All web form submissions are encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS encryption.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill project quotes, execute fabrication warranties, complete accounting/tax compliance obligations, and maintain carrier opt-in/opt-out audit trails.
